About Maturity

The process towards maturity is an interesting one. It takes time, care and dedication to reach this state (of perfection). We put a reminder on our wall. Maturity always leads to new perspectives. We know this by heart and soul.

For this chili pepper, this process results in a dynamic pattern of facets and completely new breaking indexes, an enriched spiciness and an increased palette of flavours and fragrances.

Sky-blue Mushroom

It is a form of art on its own, the sky-blue mushroom (Entoloma hochstetteri). It is home in the forests throughout New Zealand. This colour blue is exceptional for mushrooms. The contrast with the brown/green forest colour palette is remarkable.

Black Friday

It is a feeling of being overwhelmed, which we all face every year. It seems an unstoppable process with no one in charge, a crazy outburst that comes as a bad season. It contradicts our feeling of preserving the earth. And now, Christmas is coming. “Houston, do we have a problem?” A mirror.

Uitslag Verkiezingen

De uitslag van de landelijke 2023 verkiezingen in Nederland zou zich als volgt kunnen laten lezen…

Voor in het museum tezijnertijd. Kunnen onze kinderen nog eens terugkijken en er even voor gaan zitten. Hier mijn kleindochter Nine Jackie in 2084 met haar man.
