Home Ant-Arctic

Can you imagine a home? And have it at your home? The once pristine Ant-Arctic, I tried to. Home as a public value. Home as a stable, resilient and flourishing ecosystem. Framed. You know, to maintain it would be great. It would be respectful. At least.

Aspen Autumn Leaf

It is time for reflection when autumn comes. The pattern of the decaying aspen leaf, tells us a lot about life and the functioning of its network. The leaf, with its unique photosynthesis, is an elementary link in the empire of the sun. From here, the ecosystems enrol.

Plaster Politics

This wall landscape in Faaborg (Denmark) shows the true character of plaster. It can be felt as a metaphor for the superficial layering every few years when politics colours the wall of our society. The wall is not being affected, not really.

Some ideas within political organisations are well-designed, some not at all. In pre-election-time, it is the land of plans and promises. They are mostly lost in translation when mixed up into governing coalitions. The plaster is produced when power comes to town. Coming from political ideas to good governance is not that easy! This wall says it all.

The Key

Finding the correct key is vital to opening the door in real life and, metaphorically speaking, in a wide range of problem-solving.

Young Fly Agaric

This young fly agaric (Amanita muscaria, L.) shines on the forest floor with its beautiful colours. It quietly tells the story of the deal it made with the trees above him. Trade it is. Receive sugars, give minerals. It knows that without this deal, the trees should be as big as the agaric itself. Do we enter the domain of politics here?
