Home Ant-Arctic

Can you imagine a home? And have it at your home? The once pristine Ant-Arctic, I tried to. Home as a public value. Home as a stable, resilient and flourishing ecosystem. Framed. You know, to maintain it would be great. It would be respectful. At least.

Aspen Autumn Leaf

It is time for reflection when autumn comes. The pattern of the decaying aspen leaf, tells us a lot about life and the functioning of its network. The leaf, with its unique photosynthesis, is an elementary link in the empire of the sun. From here, the ecosystems enrol.

Young Fly Agaric

This young fly agaric (Amanita muscaria, L.) shines on the forest floor with its beautiful colours. It quietly tells the story of the deal it made with the trees above him. Trade it is. Receive sugars, give minerals. It knows that without this deal, the trees should be as big as the agaric itself. Do we enter the domain of politics here?

Autumn Beech Leaf

This beech leaf shows that autumn is coming. It is time the tree sends a warm thanks to the leaf for the offered services last spring and autumn. It is now time to say goodbye.

Celtic Contrast

In this landscape, the rock-solid Celtic menhirs stand in high contrast with the high dynamics of the sky.

This painting is inspired by the album The Philosopher’s Stone by Van Morrison. Metaphorically speaking, I expressed the contrast between volatile political plays in the air today and the feet on the ground of the Constitution and the connection with the Earth.
