Eiger, Jungfrau, Mönch

The Eiger, Jungfrau and Mönch are home to me. I visited them so many times from childhood on. These impressive mountains each have their own character and style. You actually need all your skills to climb them.

Here, as a painting in early autumn – and without the world of human interference – from Männlichen’s perspective.

I dedicate this painting to my parents and my daughters, who are highly connected with them.

Rocky Mountain High

The Rocky Mountains made a considerable impression during our 2010 hiking trip through Canada. Here is an art expression. It is John Denver who is connected to the discovery of this part of the world. This is about my respect for the dimensions and dynamics, which are much larger than me, myself and I.

This view gives me calm and comfort in the loud, noisy, screamy atmosphere of election time. It provides a reflection on the higher connections to be made.

Home Ant-Arctic

Can you imagine a home? And have it at your home? The once pristine Ant-Arctic, I tried to. Home as a public value. Home as a stable, resilient and flourishing ecosystem. Framed. You know, to maintain it would be great. It would be respectful. At least.

Desert Dimensions

The Acacia at Sossusvlei almost disappears in Namibia’s vast and high landscape of sand dunes (more giant than the Eiffel Tower).
